Wayne Livingstone has been active in professional exploration and mine development geology for over 50 years in several junior exploration companies. This includes the exploration, mine development and production of a 1 million oz. heap leach gold project in Nevada. He also led a grassroots discovery of a 2.6 million oz. gold deposit in Peru which was the principal asset of another junior exploration company of which he was a founding director and president. He was also a founding director of Constantine Metal Resources Ltd. and served as an independent director of another junior resource company.

Robert Thomas, BA, MA, CPG

Bob Thomas, B.A, M.A, is a geologist engaged in mineral exploration for 30 years. He has held senior exploration positions with major companies, and since 1994 has worked as a consulting geologist. Mr. Thomas has a proven track record in all phases of mineral exploration. Mr. Thomas was the former President and CEO of Toquima Minerals Corporation, and played an instrumental role in assembling the Toquima Nevada property package that Carlin acquired in 2006.

Aris Morfopoulos is a corporate manager and accountant with over 35 years of corporate management experience. For the past 20 years, he has worked as a CFO and accountant for mineral exploration companies based in Vancouver. Since 1999 he has also been active in the Internet domain industry, and was an executive and principal of a high growth start-up until it was acquired by a Silicon Valley company. He has a B.Comm (Hons.) degree from the University of Manitoba.

Robert Culbert

Director

Bob Culbert is a professional engineer (retired) with over three decades of international project and business experience, predominately in West Africa, Southeast Asia and the Indian Sub-Continent. He was the president of a Vancouver-based land resource and environmental consulting company and an interior B. C. ski resort; he was a partner in the acquisition and syndication of a large residential real estate portfolio in western Canada. Over the past decade, he has served as an officer and director of several junior resource exploration and development companies including Athlone Energy Ltd. where he was the CFO. Mr. Culbert has participated in post-earthquake rebuilding in India, Pakistan and Haiti with Builders Without Borders, a Vancouver-based non-profit organization. Mr. Culbert is the Chairman of the Audit Committee for Carlin Gold Corporation.

Dong Shim, CPA, CA, CPA (Illinois)

Dong H. Shim is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and a Certified Public Accountant registered in the State of Illinois, United States. Mr. Shim has served as an audit partner on numerous audit engagements with a mid-size firm located in Vancouver, British Columbia, where he audited various publicly traded companies, primarily focusing on junior mining, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, and high-tech industries. As an audit partner, Mr. Shim also assisted various start-up companies in achieving public listings on the TSX Venture Exchange, Canadian Securities Exchange and the OTC Market. Mr. Shim is currently the President of Golden Tree Capital Corp. and SHIM Accounting Corporation with a primary focus on business advisory, corporate consulting and regulatory filings both in the United States and Canada.

Mr. Everett is a geologist with more than 14 years of surface and underground exploration experience with senior mining companies. He moved to the financial sector in 1990 and spent 12 years with BMO Nesbitt Burns focused on resource equities, and seven years with PI Financial Corp. in senior resource institutional sales and capital markets. Over his career, Mr. Everett has raised over a billion dollars in the resource markets for early-stage opportunities, with resulting M&A transactions that aggregate a multiple of this number. From 2008 to 2015, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Axemen Resource Capital. Mr. Everett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economic Geology from the University of New Brunswick.

Craig Roberts, P.Eng. (Retired)

Retired mining engineer with over 40 years of operations, engineering consulting, and investment banking experience in the mining sector. Former CEO of New Found Gold Corp, and current and former director of other public exploration companies. Mr. Roberts has a B.A.Sc. (Mining Engineering) degree from the University of British Columbia and an M.Phil. (Management Studies) degree from Oxford University.

Mr. Ahamed is a retired Investment Advisor/Portfolio Manager with 43-year years of experience.
From 1980 to 1997, he held multiple roles including Vice President, Director and Portfolio Manager at various investment dealers. In 1997, he founded Woodstone Capital Inc., overseeing both institutional and retail teams, and successfully managed client assets of approximately $500 million. Over his career Mr. Ahamed has raised over $300 million for various early stage and senior companies.
